New CSMs often feel pressure to know every answer immediately.
But the truth is — your job isn’t to know everything on day one.

It’s to:
✨ Learn fast
✨ Ask well
✨ Stay curious

Clients care far more about your willingness to understand
than your ability to respond instantly.

Take the pressure off.
Ask great questions.
Loop in the right people.
Grow one conversation at a time.

That’s how real confidence is built.

💬 Your turn: What’s one thing you used to be afraid to ask when you started your CS journey?

🔚 Monday Insight:
“Curiosity isn’t a weakness — it’s how you grow into the role you want.”

I’ll jump in first 👋

When I started, I was afraid to ask why the client really wanted a feature. I thought it would make me look inexperienced.
But the moment I started asking “why,” everything changed — the conversations got clearer, the solutions got better, and clients trusted me more.

Curiosity was the turning point.

What’s the question you were scared to ask early in your CS journey?
