For new CSMs, it’s easy to think the meeting is where trust is built.
But the truth is — clients remember what happens after the meeting.

Your follow-ups speak louder than your call performance.

Did you recap clearly?
Did you confirm next steps?
Did you follow through when you said you would?

Great CSMs build trust in the quiet moments —
the messages, the check-ins, the small commitments honored consistently.

That’s where relationships actually grow.

💬 Your turn: What’s one follow-up habit that helps you build trust with your clients?

🔚 Tuesday Insight:
“Consistency is the real language of trust.”

I’ll go first 👋

One follow-up habit that’s helped me massively is sending a recap within 10–15 minutes of the meeting while everything is still fresh — clear bullets, next steps, and owner per action.

Clients love it because it shows presence, reliability, and structure.

What’s your follow-up habit that consistently builds trust?
