“If your calendar is chaotic, your influence will be too.”

Here’s something most new CSMs don’t realize:

Your calendar isn’t just scheduling.
It’s signaling.

If you accept every last-minute meeting,
people learn you’re available on demand.

If you never block focus time,
deep work never happens.

If you stack calls back-to-back,
you start reacting instead of thinking.

Boundaries aren’t ego.
They’re structure.

And structure builds authority.

If your week feels out of control,
your calendar might be the reason.

💬 Your turn: What’s one boundary you need to set on your calendar this week?

🔚 Monday Insight:
“How you manage your time teaches people how to manage you.”

I’ll go first 👋

One boundary that changed everything for me was blocking post-meeting buffer time.
Just 10–15 minutes between calls to recap, think, and reset.

It reduced mistakes, improved follow-ups,
and made my communication sharper.

Small calendar shifts compound fast.

What’s one change you could make this week that protects your focus?
