“You don’t need more time… you need better decisions.”

Here’s something that sounds familiar:

“I just need more time.”
“There’s too much going on.”
“I’ll get to it later.”

Feels true.

But most of the time… it’s not.

Because the real issue isn’t time.

It’s decision-making.

And when that’s unclear, you create 3 problems:

👉 you delay what actually matters
👉 you keep low-impact work in your day
👉 and you stay busy… but not effective

That’s the trap.

More time doesn’t fix bad priorities.

Better decisions do.

Strong CSMs don’t try to manage time.

They decide:

👉 what actually moves the account forward
👉 what can wait
👉 and what shouldn’t be done at all

That’s how you create space.

Not by adding time…

But by removing noise.

If you always feel busy…
you haven’t decided what matters most.

💬 Your turn: What’s one thing on your calendar right now… that shouldn’t be there?

I’ll go first 👇

One shift that helped me immediately:

Instead of asking
“How do I fit everything in?”

I started asking:
👉 “What actually deserves to be here?”

That question alone removed a lot of noise.

Meetings that didn’t move anything forward.
Tasks that felt urgent but weren’t impactful.

And suddenly…

I didn’t need more time.
I just needed fewer, better decisions.

What’s something on your calendar you could remove this week?
