Value isn’t forever.
What wowed a client last year…
might feel basic today.

Great CSMs know that value has an expiry date.
They keep it fresh by:
🔄 Refreshing outcomes
📈 Evolving the story
✨ Reframing wins so they still feel like progress

Because the second clients feel stuck on yesterday’s value —
they start looking for tomorrow’s somewhere else.

💬 Your turn: How do you keep your value feeling fresh with clients?

I’ll jump in first 🙌

One way I keep value fresh is by reframing the same result against new client goals. For example: if adoption was the big win last year, I’ll revisit the same feature this year but tie it to efficiency, cost savings, or scale.

It keeps progress relevant — and shows the client they’re not standing still.

What’s your favorite tactic for refreshing value?
