I’ll go first ❤️

One quiet moment that stayed with me this year was simply being present for a client who was stressed and overwhelmed — no solution in that moment, just listening and reassuring them that they weren’t alone.

Nothing flashy came out of it.
No metric changed overnight.
But the relationship deepened — and that mattered more than anything.
