I’ll go first ⚡

For me, the trick is acknowledge now, solve later. If I can’t fix it immediately, I’ll reply with a quick note like: “Got this, I’m on it, and I’ll update you by tomorrow.”

It keeps the client’s confidence intact — and it buys me space to work without the pressure of radio silence.
