“If a problem feels complicated,
you’re probably solving it too early.”

Here’s what senior CSMs do differently:
they reduce complexity before they solve anything.

They strip problems down.
They separate signal from noise.
They clarify what actually matters — and what doesn’t.

Most customer problems aren’t hard to fix.
They’re just messy.

Senior CSMs don’t rush to answers.
They simplify the situation first.
And once things are simple,
the solution often becomes obvious.

💬 Your turn: What’s one question you ask to simplify complex customer situations?

🔚 Wednesday Thought:
“Clarity isn’t added. It’s revealed.”

I’ll go first 👋

One question I ask a lot is:
“If we could only fix one thing in the next 30 days, what would matter most?”

It forces prioritization, cuts through noise, and helps everyone align on what actually moves the outcome.

What’s the question you use to turn messy situations into clear ones?
