I’ll go first 👋

For me, the biggest lesson was realizing that clients forgive faster than they forget silence. When I owned a payroll error early, explained the fix, and followed up daily until resolution — the client’s trust actually grew after that.

It reminded me: mistakes don’t define you, your response does.
