🚀 Progress Over Perfection

Perfection quietly kills momentum.

We wait for the perfect process, the perfect template, the perfect meeting…
and then progress never happens.

In Customer Success, perfection is the enemy of consistency.
What matters most is showing up — iterating, improving, adapting.

Because clients don’t remember perfect —
they remember progress.

💬 Your turn: What’s one area where progress mattered more than perfection for you?

I’ll jump in first 👋

For me, it was building client playbooks. I used to wait until every detail was finalized — now I ship a draft early, test it live with a few accounts, and refine as I go.

It’s never perfect the first time, but progress keeps things moving — and clients notice that momentum.

Where has “progress over perfection” made the biggest difference for you?
