If you’re early in your Customer Success career, this is worth remembering:
progress doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing fewer things, better.

Clear notes after every call.
One strong follow-up instead of five weak ones.
Preparing before meetings instead of reacting inside them.

New CSMs don’t struggle because they lack effort.
They struggle because their energy gets spread too thin.

Build a few strong habits.
Repeat them consistently.
That’s how confidence — and momentum — actually grow.

💬 Your turn: What’s one habit you want to strengthen instead of adding something new?

🔚 Monday Thought:
“Small habits, repeated well, create big careers.”

I’ll go first 👋

One habit I’m always reinforcing is preparing a clear objective before every client call. Even one sentence on what “good” looks like changes the quality of the conversation completely.

It’s simple, but it compounds fast.

What’s the one habit you’re choosing to strengthen this week instead of adding something new?
