Confidence is critical in Customer Success — but overconfidence can be dangerous.

The moment we think we’ve “seen it all”:
❌ We stop asking questions
❌ We stop listening
❌ We stop learning

Great CSMs balance confidence with curiosity.
They show up with answers and open ears.

Because clients don’t just want experts —
they want partners who keep discovering with them.

đź’¬ Your turn: How do you stay curious, even when you think you already know the answer?

I’ll start us off 🙂

For me, it’s about asking one extra “why” — even when I think I understand the situation. That extra layer often reveals a detail I would’ve missed if I just went with my first assumption.

It keeps me sharp, and it shows clients I’m genuinely invested in their world, not just checking a box.

How do you keep curiosity alive in your client conversations?
