🧭 Momentum Doesn’t Come Back Automatically

Coming back from time off, it’s easy to assume momentum will just return on its own.
But mid-level CSMs learn this quickly: it doesn’t.

After a break, the instinct is to jump straight into execution —
clear the inbox, close tickets, book meetings.

But real momentum comes from re-anchoring priorities:

  • What actually matters this week?

  • Which accounts need proactive attention?

  • What can wait without creating risk?

Mid-level CSMs rebuild momentum by being intentional, not busy.
That’s how you come back stronger — not scattered.

💬 Your turn: What’s one priority you’re intentionally focusing on to rebuild momentum this week?

🔚 Tuesday Insight:
“Momentum is built by direction, not speed.”

I’ll go first 👋

This week, my main focus is reconnecting with a small set of key accounts — not all of them. Checking in with intention, resetting priorities, and making sure we’re aligned before diving back into execution.

It’s helped me regain momentum without feeling rushed.

What’s the one priority you’re anchoring on as you ease back in?
