A leader’s job isn’t to fix every problem.
It’s to fix the right problems.

When leaders try to solve everything,
focus gets diluted
and teams lose clarity.

But when you remove the blockers that matter most —
the ones slowing decisions, creating confusion, or draining energy —
your team moves faster than ever.

Great leaders don’t solve it all.
They solve what unlocks everything else.

💬 Your turn: What’s one blocker you removed that instantly improved your team’s momentum?

🔚 Friday Insight:
“Leadership isn’t about taking on more weight. It’s about removing what weighs your team down.”

I’ll go first 👋

One blocker I removed was unclear ownership during escalations. Once we defined who leads what — communication, root cause, client updates, decision-making — the confusion disappeared and escalations closed twice as fast.

It was a simple shift, but it unlocked huge momentum.

What’s a blocker you cleared that changed your team’s speed or confidence?
