Hi everyone,

My name is Iksir and I am currently looking for my next opportunity in Customer Success, SaaS Support, Onboarding or Client Success roles.

I recently completed a Master's degree and have several years of experience in project coordination, client relations, stakeholder management and process improvement through work-study positions.

Over the past few years, I have:

  • Coordinated clients, internal teams and subcontractors
  • Managed requests, priorities and issue resolution
  • Built no-code automations and AI workflows
  • Supported user adoption and process improvements
  • Worked in fast-paced B2B environments

I am particularly interested in remote-first SaaS companies where I can contribute to customer onboarding, adoption, retention and overall customer experience.

Based in France, fluent in French and comfortable working in English.

I would be happy to connect with Customer Success professionals, hiring managers and anyone willing to share advice or opportunities.

Thank you!

Hi @IKSIR SAID ALI AHMED ,

First of all, congratulations on completing your Master's degree and on taking the initiative to share your background with the community.

From what you've described, I think you already have many transferable skills that are highly valuable in Customer Success: stakeholder management, project coordination, issue resolution, process improvement, and experience working across multiple teams. Don't underestimate how relevant those experiences are for onboarding, adoption, and retention-focused roles.

A few pieces of advice that may help with your search:

✅ Tailor your CV and LinkedIn profile toward Customer Success outcomes rather than responsibilities. Highlight examples where you improved customer experience, solved business problems, drove adoption, coordinated stakeholders, or improved processes.

✅ Network consistently with Customer Success professionals and hiring managers. Many opportunities come through conversations and referrals rather than direct applications alone.

✅ Consider targeting Customer Success Associate, Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Success Manager roles, as your background appears relevant across several of these paths.

For job searching, I've found these resources particularly useful:

• Welcome to the Jungle: https://www.welcometothejungle.com/en/jobs

• Remote careers page: https://remote.com/openings

• Remote jobs directory: https://remote.com/jobs

Remote-first companies often value strong communication, ownership, and adaptability, which seem to align well with your experience.

Wishing you the best of luck in your search, and I hope you find the right opportunity soon. Keep us posted on your progress!

Best,

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and encouraging response. I truly appreciate it.

Your advice is very helpful, especially regarding positioning my experience around Customer Success outcomes and expanding my search to Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Support opportunities. I'll definitely apply these recommendations to my CV and LinkedIn profile.

Thanks again for your support and encouragement. I'll keep the community posted on my progress.

Best,

Iksir
