✨ 2025 is over! Wuhuu! We just had out last Customer Success Core event, powered by RELEX Solutions, Gainsight and Customer Success Network.✨

🧑‍🎓 It is already our event #3 together with RELEX and Gaingsight (2023, 2024 and 2025), and we discussed Leading Renewals through Verified Outcomes. RELEX is known for its impressively solid retention rate of 97% and Anne shared their renewals strategy. 💪 Just check the slide with an endless loop of Customer Goals and Upsell & Enhance opportunities! 🔥 We discussed how we can describe and measure Value (aka Outcomes) for our customers, on multiple layers.

👩‍❤️‍👨 And we had time to talk in small groups about how we tackle renewals in our companies - thank you, Julian, Tom, Liam, Anne and Timo, for leading Round Tables.
