The Munich CSN Café series aims to change that!
Our goal is for these Cafés to become a fun bonding & learning space - for the Munich Customer Success Family.

We meet at the gridX GmbH office, Theresienhöhe 12 on the 16th of September 2025, at 6.30 PM.

The topic for the evening is "How to be a Strategic Customer Success Manager".

This time the format will be a author book reading with Chad Horenfeldt - author of The Strategic Customer Success Manager and VP CS at Siena AI, followed by a mini-workshop!

The setting will be informal and the main goal is to bring together the most awesome Customer Success People from within Munich’s ecosystem.
