Round 6 - Munich CS Community this is for you 🫵

Did you know that according to Sales Navigator, there are more than 1,000 Customer Success Professionals in Munich? 🤯 How many do you know? Probably less than 2%! The Munich CSN Café series aims to change that. Our goal is for these Cafés to become a fun bonding & learning space for the Munich Customer Success community.

We meet at the Speexx office (Tumblingerstraße 32, 80337 München) on the 25th of February 2026, at 6.30 PM. 

The topic is CS in the Age of AI. Join us to examine how AI is transforming customer success roles and practices through guided discussion and a collaborative exercise. After the session, we’ll head to an Indian restaurant for a curry night to keep the conversation going.

The event is free to attend; the curry night part is self paid.
