Anne Liiri and Timo Idänheimo will introduce how RELEX’s focus on KPI’s and a strong value initiative has led to the situation where we have been able to choose an “Auto-No” strategy: the proof of results is so strong that we are in a better position to negotiate with our customers after the initial contract term and have been able to improve our terms and prices. The team will share the Value Process (from project to continuous service phase, including our active case study process), illustrating it with a real customer case example.
Format: core presentation 30 min + round tables (work in small groups). Gainsight and RELEX Solutions will kindly host networking and food from 5 pm - 5.30 pm. We will wrap at 19.30.
